      Why Lytx:

      We are looking for a seasoned creative producer to lead the Lytx Creative Studio. This position is responsible for supporting creative requests, operations, and output globally. The ideal candidate is fluent in copy, art direction, production, resource and project management and operations, while also leading a large team with a vision. Leading our diverse team of in-house creatives, producers, and agency partners, you will help build a studio working across a host of touch points from brand guidelines to web UX/UI to trade shows and events.

      This role reports into the VP, Brand, Creative, and Communications and is a key stakeholder advocating for the positive business effects of developing and maintaining a healthy brand.       You’ll get to:

      • Lead and inspire a large group of creatives including: producers, project managers, copywriters, designers, art directors, video producers and UX/UI web designers.
      • Nurture and grow talent to build a positive studio culture.
      • Understand budget, project planning, forecasting, and resourcing.
      • Lead team/thought leadership/project strategy to ensure all ideas align with the Lytx brand.
      • Articulate complex ideas in a concise and effective way — both in internal presentations and with external partners.
      • Mentor and lead the creative team while navigating cross functional relationships.
      • Run the creative studio as an internal agency team that responds to creative briefs from brand, product and partner marketing functions.
      • Continually raise the bar for creative excellence and creative innovation for Lytx.
      • Lead the team through example in creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations to the studio and xfn teams.
      • Support team through programs, processes, tools and resources to help them do their best work.
      • Manage external creative agency relationships and sourcing.
      • Assemble creative teams to quickly deliver on brand opportunities through ideation workshops, design sprints and prototyping.

      What you’ll need:

      • 10+ years work experience as a producer, operations leader, or creative director with a brand and/or agency; 5+ years as a team leader.
      • Must be dependable, positive, open-minded and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually.
      • Ability to inspire but also lead hands-on work.
      • Proven track record leading production, creative teams and external creative agencies
      • Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team.
      • Experience influencing at various levels within an organization.
      • Experience with B2B software and technology a plus.
      • Thrive under ambiguity and can juggle multiple projects at once.

      Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

      $143,750.00 - $181,250.00
