You'll lead a team of local Customer Facing Effectiveness Managers and Specialists, working closely with Country/MCO leaders to deliver value and insights that enable business growth.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Lead and develop a high-performing local Customer Facing Capabilities team that uses complementary strengths and fosters dedicated, diverse, and inspiring leadership
      • Drive effectiveness of Customer Facing Capabilities as a strategic advisor to country/MCO leadership and support optimal field resources deployment across GBUs
      • Localize and implement global policies, internal controls and process guidance to boost standardization in field activity management, incentives, targeting, and resource allocation
      • Drive execution of field effectiveness KPIs and tools while collaborating with other GTMC pillars, GPOs and Digital
      • Co-build transformation programs (e.g., Turing, GenAI, new tools) and ensure priority support to new launches
      • Foster partnerships between cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, GTMC, Digital, Procurement, P&C, Finance) to maximize value to business teams and customers
      • Ensure accomplishment of financial budget requirements and targets while delivering best-in-class and best-in-cost support

      About you

      • Experience: Multiple years' experience in Commercial Operations, particularly supporting field force operations, with background in complex project management and proven delivery of outstanding results
      • Soft and Technical skills:
        • Business: Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, ability to prioritize, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well-developed time management skills
        • Leadership: Leads by example, role models Play-To-Win principles, engages others through active communication, demonstrates drive for high performance, challenges status quo
        • Networking: Strong relationship builder, seeks new opportunities, demonstrates teamworking, experienced in leading projects in multicultural environments and matrix organizations
      • Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or similar field
      • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), Polish and knowledge of other languages used in MCO is preferred
