We are seeking a talented and visionary Head of Design (f/m/d) to join our team at SAP Signavio and drive the creation of world-class user experiences for our product Suite. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills. In this function you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences that meet the needs of our diverse user base and align with our company's overall strategy.

What you`ll do

• Create and lead the design strategy and vision for SAP Signavio products
• Mentor, inspire and grow the design team to deliver outstanding design output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals
• Align and evolve the information architecture of the products
• Evangelize a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms
• Establish and evolve the practice of product design, ensuring a user-centric approach, by using personas, JTBD and user flows frameworks
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user experience
• Lead strategically relevant product design and innovation projects, as well as orchestrate initiatives across the organization that touch on multiple products of SAP and SAP Signavio portfolio to create and unlock synergies and differentiate on the market

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in design leadership in B2B SaaS portfolio or suite of products
• At least 5 years of design experience
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing design teams
• Experience in designing complex enterprise software products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
• Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience best practices
