      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the development of an advanced Vehicle Motion Control system with regards to DevOps, Verification and Validation and as development interface to the other Chassis development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for a Verification and Validation Strategy for our Vehicle Motion Control system as well as defining our development toolchain, from conception to deployment. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled engineers in a highly innovative environment with flat hierarchies and a start-up company mindset.       Responsibilities

      • Lead the development and implementation of processes and tools for efficient delivery, integration, and deployment of Vehicle Motion Control software and system
      • Manage the deployment and proper system integration of Vehicle Motion Control into the vehicle, identify potentials for improvements and feedback solution proposals to the system development team
      • Interface to other internal development teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration and optimal integration towards reaching vehicle level targets
      • Develop a Verification and Validation Strategy and its implementation that covers all levels of system integration up to the full vehicle including aspects of functional safety, cybersecurity and Safety Of The Intended Functionality.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience with verification and validation processes in the automotive industry on software and system level
      • Experience with planning and execution of system and software testing activities
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software and system engineers, to ensure successful integration of vehicle actuators into the Vehicle Motion Control system
      • Good knowledge of automotive development processes according ASPICE and ISO 26262 as well as ISO 21448
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in an agile context.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
      • English fluent, German is a plus

      Preferred skills:

      • Experience in automotive related software development
      • Knowledge of vehicle dynamics physics
      • Experience in vehicle controller architectures for active chassis components
