- Lead a team that is responsible for the creation and implementation of strategic digital marketing plans for credit card acquisitions
- Forecast, monitor and adhere to marketing budgets, new account acquisitions, and profitability hurdles
- Collaborate in product-led market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market, and to better understand distribution and customer needs
- Plan campaigns to build awareness, consideration, and conversion for bank branded and cobranded credit cards in digital channels
- Manage day-to-day oversight of external marketing agencies
- Lead a team of digital experts to optimize digital campaigns and strategies for efficient growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with new product development, risk, finance, analytics, technology, and MarTech teams to build and scale best-in-class marketing programs on paid and organic channels
- Financial Services and/or Credit Card experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the tools and methodologies of marketing, with experience in marketing technologies used for digital acquisition and retention of customers
- MarTech knowledge preferred
- In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the footprint within which we operate
- Proven engagement skills using considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience building and leading a marketing team. This individual will be reporting to the SVP, Head of Marketing for U.S. Bank’s Retail Payment Solutions team. This individual will contribute to the creation of marketing strategy and plans for credit card acquisitions for U.S. Bank branded and cobrand credit cards. They will be responsible for leading a strong, dedicated marketing team to ensure success and growth of credit card acquisitions, to include functions of: Paid Digital Media, Affiliate marketing, SEO, Social Media, Lead Generation, Email, and more. This leader will also be responsible for the future growth of digital marketing, driving a test-and-learn strategy to leverage new technologies, capabilities and measurement solutions.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $165,325.00 - $194,500.00 - $213,950.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
