• deep knowledge and hands on experience working with Digital Media, Performance Marketing and Search across the marketing funnel
• a strong drive and competitive mindset
• structured and analytical in your work and are good at communicating campaign results to horizontal and vertical stakeholders
• a win-as-one attitude and are able to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business to achieve common goals
• extensive experience with online marketing and web platforms such as Adobe/Google Analytics/Experience Cloud products, DV360, Sprinklr, Adform, Google Ads, etc.
• relevant experience from the financial sector (or another regulated industry)
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in your ability to communicate in English (German proficiency is a plus)
• you are a fast learner and able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
• willing and able to primarily work from our office in Zurich
