translating the Digital Strategy into a multi-year comprehensive digital delivery plan including:
Digital delivery organization setup and operations
Digital Architecture definition
Key technology identification, establishment, and operations
Ideation, experimentation, and co-investment in eco-system
Key ways-of-working based on an agile, iterative and customer oriented framework
Product and Services Classification and roadmaps
defining the Digital Operations operating model, core capabilities and competencies
leading the change required for an agile culture
leading a x-functional team from digital product ideation to revenue generation
establishing an ideas generation and evaluation eco-system to drive innovation and explore business opportunities at pace.
creating digital delivery hubs in key locations to support digital footprint and bring opportunities closer to the sales channels and customer groups.
managing the eco-system of analysis, architecting, engineering, product management and delivery resources across the product landscape
defining the product blueprints and roadmaps aligned to business revenue and overall instrument and digital strategies.
creating the digital products and services delivery methodology from ideation to post-delivery support and evolution.
defining and oversight of the investment and business cases associated with each product and service and create and review the overall digital investment.
driving Digital Acquisitions to establish digital opportunities and drive acquisition activity to support digital capability uplift.
managing and directing the product pipeline, ensuring an agile and fast flow of digital products and services to support customer propositions.

Your assignment will be to lead the transformation for Malvern Panalytical to become a leader in the digital enablement of its customers and therefore generate revenue from digital products. The role owns the transformation and change journey to enable all required digital capabilities (processes, skills, platforms) as well as the digital product strategy.
The Head of Digital Transformation will build the required capabilities, methods of working, underlying technologies and engagement approach to enable speed and agility in the identification, experimentation and delivery of digital products and services. This will involve the creation of the Digital Factory and assembling and managing an eco-system of Supplier resources to achieve the required outputs.
