Join our Europe & North Africa (ENA) team within Services division as Head of Environment, Safety & Health Manager (m/f/d) to help us take ESH to the next level. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven ESH Manager to cover our service center and customer sites. If you are highly motivated, willing to lead by example, and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you. Our main countries in the ENA region are Germany, France, Benelux, Morocco and Spain. This is a real opportunity to make your mark and shape these operations across the business.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Developing and implementing standards within the ENA region and strengthen/lead the local ESH teams
• Elaborating retrospective analyses after an accident and review of lessons learned with the ESH team
• Creating a strong communication culture (exchange/sharing of information) within the ENA region
• Developing content/training materials for regional standards/initiatives and ensure a solid ESH introduction for new employees
• Implementing a Safety Behavioral Program and create safety strategy and specific targets for the ENA region
• Presenting monthly ESH reports to regional management team and to analyze ESH systems (e.g. Intelex and TeamMate)
• Organizing and coordinating audits to ensure compliance and the identification of risks in service centers and field service

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Have 8+ years ESH experience within a technical work environment
• Hold a technical bachelor’s degree
• Have knowledge of European ESH standards/legislation
• Have strong empathy and team spirit
• Have excellent rhetoric, conflict and personnel management skills
• Have a proactive and independent working style
• Have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and change management
• Have the willingness to travel within the ENA region
• Be fluent in English other languages are a plus

Location:

This position can be executed from different locations, preferably within close range of one of our big Service Centers (Mannheim, Bruchsal, Buchelay).
