      CONTEXT

      In line with Richemont Europe security strategy and objectives, the Head of Europe Security Manager is responsible for the management and the coordination of all security topics across the European Markets.

      The head of Europe Security Manager has to be able to second the Regional Director, as a consequence he plays an important role in implementing the strategy defined by the Regional Director.

      The position is based in the Campus Genevois de la Haute Horlogerie located in Meyrin, Switzerland and is available from the beginning of April 2024.

      HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

      Reporting directly to the Regional Director Physical Security, H&S and BOS, this role will have three main objectives:

      Market Vision & Business Development (30% of working time)

      • Manage regional risks landscape, maintain regional risks picture and coordinate the mitigation measures to ensure the continued safe and effective operations of the company.

      • Implement the security directives and/or minimum standards according to the local law, regulation, and security context.

      • Delivering a proactive security communications, trainings and intelligence process for Richemont, with stakeholders.

      • Is proactive about new measures and new technologies that can be implemented in the European markets.

      • Ensure effective collaboration with multi-market external security suppliers to assess the quality of services proposed.

      Operational excellence & process optimization (40% of working time)

      - Physical Security & Operational Support

      • Ensure effective and proactive coordination of security within Europe markets and Group Security.

      • Animate security community with regular and formalized communication, meetings in order to manage, cascade information, support market security managers and promote the best practises sharing.

      • Provide and/or validate security concepts, event concepts, standard operating procedures and Event/Boutiques exceptions.

      • Advise on preventive measures and on security matters relating to new constructions and renovations boutiques/offices.

      • Is brought to give market operational support to prepare strategic or important events. Depending on the situation is brought to physically participate to these events.

      • In case of understaff in the Security department across European markets, is brought to give advice and/or operational support for projects or daily business.

      • Ensure that roles and responsibilities are well-defined in each Market (eg. split between Logistics and Security functions).

      • Ensure effective and secure transportation of funds and goods with stakeholders.

      - Incident Management & Crisis Support

      • Implement and oversee local incident management teams.

      • Advise regional decision makers on crisis management, business continuity and other security-related matters.

      • Monitor high and extreme risks incoming and/or outgoing business travellers.

      • Ensure coordination with stakeholders in response to crisis events across region.

      Projects Management (30% of working time)

      Leading strategic projects or structural issues Richemont Europe (RRF) & European Regions and markets.

      Carry on security projects decided by Richemont Europe and ensure the set-up across the European markets is brought to attend to different H&S / BOS projects in coordination with the Regional Director.

      WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

      • University education and professional security qualification or +/- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

      • Strong project management, analytical, and stress management skills.

      • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

      • Strong project management and organizational skills.

      • Strong capacity to deal with stress.

      • Strong analytical skills.

      • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

      • Diplomatic, service and result oriented.

      • Strong influence skills and empathy.

      • Open-minded, innovative and team oriented.

      • Fluent in English, French would be a strong plus.

      • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
