Job Description

Oversee the specification, installation, testing and upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection and building automation systems.
Guide and develop a high-performing team to ensure consistent standards and optimal performance across all sites.
Drive consistent preventative and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring system reliability and compliance.
Direct engineering assessments and deliver strategic recommendations for building systems and upgrades.
Manage construction budgets and ensure accurate, timely review of invoices.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
10+ years of experience overseeing teams that manager the installation and performance of large-scale building systems.
Experience with Data Center HVAC, UPS, generator and electrical systems.
Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
