      Location: Munich, Erlangen, Berlin Mode of Employment: Permanent / Full-time or Part-time Knowledge for the world of tomorrow. As Head of Employee Engagement Siemens AG you will hold a key leadership role for the organization and report direct to the global Head of Communications. You will be responsible for the strategy to create memorable communications which have a positive impact on the retention and motivation of our people. Together with key partners from central functions, regions and business, you will drive the transformation of employee engagement for Siemens in line with the overall business and communications strategy. What part will you play? You will lead an international team of communications specialists who are responsible for developing and implementing the employee engagement strategy for Siemens AG to enable business transformation to a high-value growth tech company. You will support the organization to understand and deliver on Siemens’ strategic priorities: customer impact, technology with purpose, empowered people and growth mindset. The planning, development and implementation of related programs and strategic topics are guided by you. For our key internal events like the Siemens Business Conference and Werner von Siemens Award you will be the project owner. Together with our People and Organization as well as other key functions you develop the culture transformation process, joining the dots across corporate, businesses and regions. Together with neighboring departments you develop the internal communication platforms and formats of the future. In close cooperation with our "Analytics & Insights " team, you will develop a concept for measuring success and driving continuous improvement. More than ten years of professional experience in employee communications and experiences in leading interdisciplinary projects and international project teams Deep understanding of cultural transformation and change management Experience in working with different positions up to board level and you are an experienced people manager who leads with empathy and a strong growth mindset. Many years of experience in communications functions at headquarters level and in management units of a global company Passion and experience working across international teams paired with outstanding communication skills. You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus. In-depth knowledge of social media and internal influencer management If you think strategically, are solution-oriented, analytical and a team player, we would like to get to know you.
