      Snowflake is seeking an experienced and data driven individual to join our team as the Head of Growth Marketing. Snowflake delivers the Data Cloud, a global data network that empowers organizations around the world to mobilize their data. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving demand and supporting to exceed sales pipeline targets across EMEA.

      In this role, you will work and collaborate with our VP Marketing EMEA, EMEA field marketing, sales, product marketing, alliances, and the global demand generation team.

      As the Head of Growth Marketing you will be a coach, responsible for leading a high-performing team of Demand Generation marketeers while actively contributing to the development and execution of programmes to drive pipeline in our target accounts.

      As a Head of Growth Marketing at Snowflake you will:

      • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire high performing Demand Generation Managers to exceed goals.
      • Growth Marketing Strategy: Drive campaign initiatives aligned with the global and local strategies to generate qualified demand and pipeline across EMEA.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with field marketing, account based marketing, product marketing, content, marketing operations, and other cross functional teams to ensure demand generation initiatives meet pipeline objectives. Collaborate with global digital marketing to ensure the promotion of localized content on our inbound channels.
      • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our marquee global event series. Each quarter we run 1-2 programs, examples include; Data For Breakfast, Data Cloud World Tour, Summit and more.
      • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid advertising.
      • Lead Nurturing: Optimize lead nurturing programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, by working closely with field marketing and marketing operations.
      • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze demand generation performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and optimizations.
      • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on growth marketing performance to the marketing and sales leadership team.

      Our ideal Head of Growth Marketing will have/be:

      • Experience: 12+ years of marketing experience working in a hyper-growth, start-up environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
      • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
      • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
      • Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
      • Analytical: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing technology and analytics tools.
      • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, AEM, Adobe Target, event platforms, and other marketing technology.
      • Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation and account based marketing.
      • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to tell stories through data.
