Pay Grade: MGM3 - £67,095 pa inc LW rising in annual increments £82,405 pa

Can you use your specialist knowledge, skills and your leadership to provide the best possible services to support our approach to tackling homelessness in Lambeth?
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as our Head of Housing Solutions at Lambeth Council. If you are passionate about improving services for our residents and working in a quick paced environment, then this is the right role for you.
About the role:
You will be the expert lead for homelessness and housing advice services, applying your specialist knowledge and skills to provide the best possible services to respond to homelessness. This includes the strategic and operational management of homelessness services, temporary accommodation, and housing allocations.
In addition, the post holder will lead on the delivery and development of strategic commissioning intentions and developments for temporary accommodation for homeless households and other vulnerable groups as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a passion and drive for improvement and have worked in a culture that has encompassed the customer as the centre of all its business and has a proven record of providing the best possible service which meet customers’ needs and aspirations and fulfils the council’s vision, policies and objectives.
