  Job Description

  We're on the lookout for a passionate and forward-thinking Head of HR Operations and Transformation to steer our HR ship through exciting transformations. As a key player in our international organisation, your focus will be on ensuring top-notch HR services with a primary spotlight on the UK and our expanding global presence.

  Transformational Leadership: Lead the charge in anticipating, proposing, and executing HR transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with other Centers of Excellence to drive industry-best practices and set the standard for HR excellence.

  Change Management Maestro: Guide diverse teams through organisational changes, ensuring a seamless transition and nurturing a positive and resilient culture. Grow a powerhouse team of subject-matter experts, making a tangible impact on employee engagement.

  Innovate with HR Information Systems (HRIS): Leverage your expertise to identify tech-savvy opportunities for process enhancement. Provide data-driven insights and reporting to fuel decision-making. Play a pivotal role in evaluating, implementing, and optimising HRIS solutions, with a focus on the recently implemented Ceridian system.

  Payroll Performance Mastermind: Lead a team of payroll experts to deliver a top-tier, compliant, and accurate UK payroll service. Be the driving force behind a well-governed and respected payroll system, utilising the Ceridian platform.

  Collaborative Leadership: Join forces with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives. Contribute to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that champions diversity and inclusion.

  Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR leader with a focus on HR operations, HRIS, payroll, and transformation.
  • Extensive experience with HRIS implementation and management.
  • Track record of successfully managing large teams through change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive and implement transformative HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with both managing teams and delivering the day-to-day.
