Job Description

- Lead people agenda for DGS including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the DGS's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the DGS team and advice on people-related matters
- Be a culture ambassador and nurture the core values of DGS in sportans
- Own and drive key HR projects alongside the leadership team like pulse surveys, Comp & ben, L&D, employer branding, HR budgeting etc
- Oversee HR Operations and compliances
- Minimum of 12+ years experience in HR with 5+ years of experience in independently leading HR partnerships
- Ability to independently design & execute HR strategies/initiatives
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced workplace or a startup
