Job summary
The Role
Were looking for a clinically qualified and experienced leader to head our In-Patient Care service across two sites: Pembury and Five Ashes.
As Head of In-Patient Care, youll lead a large, skilled team to deliver high-quality palliative care around the clock. Youll ensure seamless admissions, maintain excellent occupancy, and support patients and families to experience compassionate, goal-focused care.
This is a key leadership post reporting directly to the Director of Care Services. Youll work alongside other Heads of Service to make sure our care is joined-up, consistent, and outstanding.

Inspire a high-performing team. Ensure everyone has the tools, support, and leadership to thrive.
Service Development
Respond to patient feedback, audit outcomes and emerging needs. Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Culture
Promote our values and foster a culture of learning, collaboration and accountability.
