      About the Role

      Gap Inc.’s B2B & International Commerce division have brought the Gap Inc. iconic brands Gap, Old Navy, Athleta and Banana Republic, to over 70+ countries across Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of International Marketing to join our team on a maternity cover basis for up to one year. This role is crucial in driving our international marketing strategy and ensuring the continued growth and success of our brand across multiple markets.

      What You'll Do

      • Strategic Leadership for Gap, BR, Old Navy and Athleta: Lead the development and implementation of International marketing brand strategy, digital marketing, media, PR/communications, omni-channel experience, social media, creative services, CRM, licensing and new market launches across 70+ countries, including North America wholesale (Amazon).

      • Collaboration: Work closely with Brand CMOs, Franchise Leadership Team, and Global Marketing leaders to align integrated marketing plans with business objectives/KPI’s and creative direction.

      • Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of seasonal marketing plans, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

      • Communication: Manage communication with franchise partners, providing timely updates on seasonal campaigns and marketing priorities.

      • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and measurement of KPIs, ROAS, and ROI.

      • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global marketing team, fostering an inclusive, motivated, and diverse work environment.

      Who You Are

      • Minimum of 15+ years of brand marketing experience in leadership roles, preferably in Fashion, Retail, or Consumer Goods Brands.

      • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including CRM strategies and oversight of multi-channel sites.

      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

      • Excellent communication and partnership skills, with experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

      • BA or BS degree or higher.
