      Head of Investment Delivery - Workplace Pensions

      Salary of circa £130k

      We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Investment Delivery to join our Aviva Wealth and Investment team. As a member of the Investment leadership team, you will manage all investment delivery activity for our Workplace clients, including supporting new clients transition their members and investments to Aviva, and existing clients enhance their investment propositions. This encompasses a transition pipeline of more than £3bn per annum across several platforms, impacting many thousands of Workplace customers.

      A bit about the job:

      You will lead a team of c.30 investment delivery professionals to deliver investment proposition change and transitions within a robust and risk-controlled environment, ensuring appropriate controls and processes are in place given inherent risks when dealing with investments and financial markets. You will promote the investment delivery capability both internally and externally, supporting distribution in client meetings to discuss investment changes, serving as investment subject matter expert during meetings with clients, prospective clients and advisers.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Deep experience of operating in the UK defined contribution market
      • Keen understanding of the fundamentals of transitioning assets
      • Experience of improving and automating complex processes
      • Resilient and collaborative, with the ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
      • Understanding of investment markets, asset classes, fund types, asset management techniques and styles, including a strong understanding of ESG

      • Starting salary of circa £130k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
