Planning and budgeting of MIC activities across the different locations, ensuring cost optimal structure and optimal utilization of assets
Ensures the validation of designs for testability and manufacturability, realization and optimization of manufacturing & test solutions, technologies and processes.
Leads and sets strategy for our MIC department, ensuring global presence, optimization and harmonization of processes.
Ensures technical inspections and investigations, for assigned technical area in production.
Proposes procedure advancements, develops performance improvement initiatives and implements related technical infrastructure.
Liaises with other engineering (TE, NPI, MSS, FOT, etc.) functions, external vendors or service providers.
Manages overall Design Prototype and Process Prototype phase leading to smooth and flawless ramp-up execution on our production factories.
Plans and executes Test Assemblies in our different locations based on feasibility, proximity and cost effectiveness
Ensures process documentation and adherence, captures findings and corrections on design, process, tools, equipment and test baselines for handing over to serial production.
Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Management, Professionals and staff.
Master's degree/ Technical studies- Industrial Engineering
Change management knowledge for alignment of the organization in future adjustments
People management - leadership experience and knowledge, have the ability to cooperate in a global perspective sharing best practices and enabling each other in order to improve globally
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification would be a plus
Knowledge of SGRE manufacturing relevant processes is a must
Strategic capabilities and ability to prioritize and plan for the future
Multi-cultural skills as this organization is global and will have employees in many different countries and nationalities
Structured and organized, key for the position is to keep a clear and disciplined methodology across locations
