      CONTEXT & MISSION:

      As L’Occitane En Provence Head of Marketing for our EMEA & Americas Export Department, your role will be to lead the Marketing Team on a wide range of projects including Marketing, Communication, Social Media, Merchandising, PR, Commitments etc.

      You will work extensively with the other Export expertise (Sales, Customer Experience & Digital teams) and will report to the Export Director EMEA / Americas.

      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

      I/ MARKETING & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR EXPORT

      • Define the Marketing & Communication strategy for Export based on the brand International marketing plan. Then adapt it for each market taking into account local specificities.

      • Propose yearly Launch, Promo & Media Plans.

      • For main launches, help distributors maximize all aspects of the 360, including: Communication, Social Media, Influencers activations, PR, CRM, Brand Partnerships while maintaining fundamental execution in the stores (merchandising & promotions, sampling).

      • Follow-up of the Marketing budgets.

      • Put in place & animate a Marketing Community with our distributors to stimulate them & ease best-practice sharing.

      • Work hand-in-hand with other Export Heads Of (sales, digital, customer experience) and build strong connections with other affiliates, in particular the Europe Team to align main marketing campaigns & share tools.

      • Highlight the needs of Export Markets and get International teams support on key projects (product / communication / brand survey / merch / data / pricing).

      II/ TEAM MANAGEMENT

      • Coach the Export Marketing team to ensure Export priorities are clear & implemented locally.

      • Prioritize the workload through Kanban Methodology (agile method).

      • Ensure constant collaboration between the different sites (Geneva & Miami).

      III/ KEY DISTRIBUTORS MARKETING COACHING

      You will also have the responsibility to oversee key Distributors on Marketing / Communication. This involves:

      • Challenge / inspire them on their local plan & main campaigns.

      • Propose ideas/activations to boost traffic and sell-out locally.

      • Monitor their sell out results with the Sales & CX teams and challenge the countries to work on corrective actions if needed.

      HOW YOU CAN FIT :

      • +7 years’ experience in operational marketing

      • Solid management team experience

      • Fluent in English ; French is a strong plus

      • Strong customer centricity mindset and business acumen

      • Strong leadership with a high level of autonomy & proactivity and will to take ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels and across functions

      • Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international environment with remote & multicultural teams

      • Travel requirements: willing to travel up to 15-20 %.
