  Head of Marketing Finance

  About the Role
  
  This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, marketing, and strategy. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to provide deep financial insight, strategic decision support and guide marketing investment decisions.
  
  What You’ll Do
  • Act as the finance business partner to Marketing Leadership, offering strategic guidance and commercial insight across business and investment strategy and growth driver choices

  • Drive the strategic planning process to ensure we have a clear pathway for growth

  · Drive rigour in effectiveness and optimisation of marketing spend

  · Lead and develop more junior members of the finance team, creating a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain and Global teams to maximise value and deliver results.

  What You’ll Bring

  
  • Experience Strategy, commercial or marketing finance, ideally within FMCG or a brand-led organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire teams.

  • A minumum of 12 years experience
  • Confidence with complex data, forecasts and financial modelling, and the ability to turn numbers into stories that influence.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
