Job Description

- Responsible for developing and executing the performance marketing strategy for insurance products and customers, including communications and financial promotions to existing customers and new prospects in the UK region.
- Co-creation of the UK Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Strategy Planning and Operations.
- Performance marketing and regional communications (including sales and marketing product literature) and promotions to be of sufficient quality and clarity and developed and approved in line with the Financial Promotions process
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive acquisition including agreed SQL, MQL and GWP for the UK commercial region.
- Plan and own the annual marketing plan executing operationally into both B2B and B2C channels
- Direct management of marketing budget for both acquisition and retention activities, accountable for media spend and managing performance and leading regional UK marketing team
- Work with agencies and the direct sales team to optimise online lead generation and sales
- Analysis and recommendation of acquisition marketing performance and the execute of strategies to optimise lead generation performance and digital media spend, including recommending target operating model improvements
- Leadership of a customer value management framework which measures customer value flow and executes activities to maintain and grow
- Model the culture and take responsibility for the maintenance and development of reputation and relationships with key stakeholders such as regulators, customers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the delivery of appropriate service levels and supporting operational planning processes
- Ensure all team members have the appropriate level of competence to perform their roles effectively in a regulated environment.
- A proven track record of managing a B2B/B2C Marketing Strategy
- Business experience which should include developing and launching marketing campaigns within a Global environment
- Experience of operating in a regulated; specific experience in healthcare, or access will be highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels
- Experience of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of both the B2C high net work segment and the B2B segment and how to market differently to these segment
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Solid analytical and numerical skills
- In depth understanding and knowledge of Bupa Global IPMI products.
