      Drive the implementation of all aspects of the C&A People practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations within a specific market or area, in compliance with labour law. Ensure efficient co-worker relations in order to secure business success and a great co-worker experience. Be a strategic partner for the market or area leaders to support business objectives regarding people, culture, value and organisation.

      Your responsibilities at C&A:

      • Lead, coach and develop the People & Culture team in the assigned area, in order to ensure high performance, personal growth and succession.
      • Ensure that people strategy, principles/guidelines and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local People & Culture action plan that is implemented and lived up to.
      • Provide coaching and assistance to leaders on management best practices like performance management, talent management, people development, team development, leadership, change management and other people-related topics to enable leaders to efficiently manage their organisations on HR topics.
      • Provide gap analyses and business context to the P&C Centers of Expertise (CoE) to co-design HR processes, solutions and tools.
      • Ensure that HR processes, solutions and tools in place are efficient, aligned with local labour law, and followed in order to secure compliance and support the business.
      • Lead and manage collaborative co-worker relations with social partners (works councils, union delegations etc.) and labour inspection to ensure a fruitful dialogue.
      • Contribute to build up business competence, leadership and talent pipeline, and support managers and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs and development plans.
      • Be an ambassador and promote best practices of culture, values and ways of working in order to ensure a great co-worker experience and compliance.

      What we expect from you:

      • A Master's degree in HR or equivalent
      • A Minimum of 7 years of HR experience
      • Experience in contributing to and implementing strategic people plans
      • Proven record of developing people and organisations, preferably with experience from leading people
      • Fluent in business English and German, both spoken and written
      • Good understanding of German labor law

      In this role you are part of the People & Culture team, you will report into the Head of P&C Partnership and Co-workers Relations, who is a member of the Chief People & Culture Officer’s Leadership Team.
