Develop and drive a comprehensive HR strategy for the EMEA region, closely aligning it with the overarching business goals of the organization.
Offer strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on critical HR matters, encompassing talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
Spearhead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Be a change agent across the region. Provide guidance and thought partnership across the business as well as the PX organization.
Utilize HR metrics, data, and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
Conduct continuous reviews and enhancements of HR processes, procedures, and systems to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to devise and implement impactful recruitment and talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
Oversee the entire talent management process, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, career development, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Proactively address and resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances in strict compliance with local employment laws.
Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to create and implement competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct regular reviews and analyses of market trends to ensure the company's rewards and recognition practices remain competitive and effective.
Develop and oversee employee learning and development programs designed to enhance individual and organizational capabilities.
Identify skill gaps and training needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver relevant and impactful training initiatives.
Lead HR change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transformations.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change to minimize disruption and foster a positive transition.
Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, particularly within multinational organizations, with a specific focus on the EMEA region.
In-depth knowledge of EMEA labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
The Head of for People Experience (PX) EMEA will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the human resources function for a dynamic multinational company operating across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, shaping HR policies and initiatives, and ensuring that human resources practices are seamlessly aligned with the company's overarching business objectives. The position entails close collaboration with C-suite executives, steering a team of HR professionals, and ensuring the delivery of effective HR support tailored to diverse countries and cultures. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, agile thinker with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
