      Drive the Change! Join us as Head of Stabilizer Production Gersthofen (SPG) Plant (m/f/d) .

      Responsibilities

      • Manage availability of manufacturing assets and resources, assess risks, define & implement mitigation measures.
      • Secure technical & cost leadership by constant development & improvement of processes and operations.
      • Contribute to the BU asset strategy to ensure fulfilment of business strategy.
      • Plan and control budgets (incl. R&M), CAPEX and FTE.
      • Ensure excellent performance of the production units – KPI definition e.g. mOTIF, EBIT, Volumes, Margin.
      • Define and ensure the execution of continuous improvement programs in costs, performance, quality, safety, energy.
      • People Management; empower & assure on time succession; motivate and develop team.
      • Ensure appropriate job-related qualifications, training and education of all staff.
      • Initiate and steer risk analysis and safeguard implementation.
      • Assure legal compliance, manage operations according to legal requirements, Clariant standards and BU framework.
      • Legal responsibility for our SPG Plant.
      • Participation in local emergency organization.
      • Represent the plant towards key accounts and customers, authorities and business.
      • Support achievement of BU sustainability goals.

      Requirements

      • Master/PhD in Engineering or Chemistry.
      • 5+ years’ experience within operations or related areas; additional experience (e.g. product expert, engineering; R&D; ESHA) desirable.
      • Social competence and strong communication & leadership skills.
      • “Can do” attitude and team competence.
      • SAP knowledge.
      • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
