      Description

      The Citizens Consumer Credit Card business is seeking a Product Manager to help our customers reach their potential. The consumer credit card business is currently undergoing a significant transformation, and at the forefront of that is the redevelopment of our product continuum. We are looking for an individual who can take a holistic view of our current product suite and develop new products and features for launch. This individual will be the ‘go-to’ colleague within the credit card team, with direct accountability for overall business results on a monthly basis. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of credit card strategy, and a maniacal focus on profitability.

      Responsibilities:

      • Ownership of full card product suite across customer segments
      • Responsible for delivery of card financial plan, including balance growth, activation, utilization, revenue generation, credit performance, and expense management
      • Partners closely with leadership team across credit risk, fraud, pricing, and ED&A to ensure best-in-class capabilities and performance across the full spectrum of support functions
      • Drives innovation agenda, including campaigns, promotions, new product offerings, and enhancements
      • Works closely with other business line leaders to drive product integration and connectivity in support of bank’s deepening agenda
      • Drives weekly/monthly performance management routines and works closely with analytic partners on dashboard development

      Qualifications:

      • 3-5 years in product leadership role and/or top-tier strategy experience, ideally in financial services
      • Demonstrated track record of delivering business growth and profitability, and hitting OKRs
      • Experience developing and bringing new products and features to market
      • Experience in portfolio management, with focus on acquisition, activation, and retention of portfolio customers
      • Strong understanding of loan-level profitability economics, with the ability to articulate how changes in products will impact profitability and portfolio performance
      • Ability to partner closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize acquisition channels
      • Comfortable working in an agile environment, making key business prioritization decisions
      • Track record of superior performance in managing high-performing teams
      • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with the ability to self-prioritize
      • Data-driven decision making

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Advanced degree preferred

      Pay Transparency

      The salary range for this position is $131,250- $218,750, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
