  We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Design to lead our global design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of event experiences by driving design excellence across our product and brand. As a member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive and innovative design strategy that aligns with our business goals.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead and mentor the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute the design strategy that aligns with Bizzabo's mission and enhances user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to integrate design seamlessly into product development and brand initiatives.
  • Design Operations: Establish and maintain design systems, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years leading design, 5+ years designing complex web and mobile applications, ideally in SaaS
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated success in leading design and driving cohesive and innovative experiences across product and brand touchpoints.
  • Skills: Proficient in Figma and other design tools, designed AI-powered interfaces.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
