      Imagine a future where you lead and develop a world-class team of QHSE specialists, supporting development and EPC projects throughout their lifecycle across Europe

      Join us in this role where you’ll be the Head of Project QHSE Advisors. You’ll recruit, develop, and assign Project QHSE Advisors across our development and EPC projects delivered in Region Europe, currently consisting of a team of 15. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project QHSE managers to continuously monitor and anticipate the QHSE Advisors’ needs of the Development and EPC project organisations.

      You’ll be part of QHSE Europe and Regional QHSE for Dev. & EPC Europe, a dynamic and growing group which is at the forefront of the renewable energy build-up in the region. You’ll report to the Head of QHSE for Development & EPC Projects in Region Europe. As a team, we foster a psychologically safe work environment and strong collaboration to ensure our team members are successful and thrive within their roles.

      You’ll play an important role in:

      • monitoring the demand for Project QHSE Advisors from the development and EPC projects in Region Europe, ensuring that key stakeholders are satisfied with the QHSE support provided
      • assigning Project QHSE Advisors to meet the demand from the development and EPC projects in Region Europe
      • recruiting and, together with the Project QHSE Managers, developing the Project QHSE Advisors across the Region Europe
      • anticipating the competences, skills, and capabilities needed for the Project QHSE Advisors to support the rapidly growing portfolio of development and EPC projects
      • developing and maintaining the Project QHSE Advisors-related processes and toolbox
      • enabling knowledge and best practices sharing across Region Europe.

      To succeed in the role, you:

      • have an engineering degree or equivalent
      • hold an HSE qualification, e.g., a NEBOSH construction certificate or diploma relevant to the position
      • preferably have experience from offshore wind or offshore environment and large-scale infrastructure projects
      • have proven people management skills of multicultural and multisided teams
      • have working knowledge of relevant QHSE standards and regulations applicable in the Region Europe, such as CDM regulations in UK
      • have proven experience with project QHSE management.
