      Job summary

      The post holder will lead programmes of change and innovation that address identified clinical and operational priorities across the organisation. They will be required to interpret, identify and implement potential organisational and service changes for the Trust.

      Main duties of the job

      • Responsible for delivery of Quality Improvement programmes across the Trust that objectively and subjectively demonstrate improved levels of quality as well as more financially efficient.
      • Responsible for supporting the development of the annual Quality Account and ensuring priorities within the Account are progressed and delivered upon
      • Responsible for overseeing progress against the Trusts Quality Strategy objectives
      • Responsible for the management of the Quality Improvement Team
      • Responsible for appropriately managing the Quality Improvement Team budget
      • Responsible for representing the Trust internally and externally as the Trust lead for Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism (A) and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
