- Develop & deliver short and long term UK eCommerce strategy, aligned to wider Global eCommerce channel strategy, defining and delivering ambitious commercial growth targets across all accounts (Pureplay, Bricks and Clicks, Marketplace, New Commerce/Whitespace).
- Lead eCommerce category and brand management strategy & capability, online visibility & shopper understanding
- Lead the development and execution of the media and investment strategy for all accounts, delivering against key business targets.
- Establish and manage first class customer eCommerce and trading relationships including negotiating eCommerce levers into JBP/JMP or eJBPs.
- Drive collaboration with colleagues in sales, category marketing and finance to optimise and shape investment priorities
- Implement and embed holistic ecommerce performance tracking, shelf analytics and reporting within the Arla sales and marketing functions.
- Experience leading a Grocery/Retail eCommerce function
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to work across functions within the business to gain support for the eCommerce accounts and channels.
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales UK, and dotted line to Global Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the ambitious eCommerce plans for our biggest and most advanced eCommerce market.
Managing the UK eCommerce centre of excellence, you will be responsible for a direct team covering ecommerce customer development, marketing, media and category management. In addition, you’ll be working with our Global eCommerce acceleration team to enhance capabilities, drive excellence and execute the strategy to enable delivery across all functions including brand, digital and shopper marketing.
