  Group Finance & HR Solutions (FHS) as a division takes care of the digitalization of the business processes in the areas of accounting, procurement, financial consolidation, taxes, people & culture, and statutory reporting.
  
  In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical and business expectations for the Group Business Solutions department. You will be leading approx. 12 employees located in Vienna, Bratislava, and Prague, plus external consultants.
  
  You and your team will drive the digitalization of the main areas of logistics, planning & controlling, and analytic topics for Erste Group solutions.

  Your mission at Erste Digital

  • Together with the division's leadership team, you will drive the adaptation, harmonization, and simplification of processes with our business partners.
  • You and your team are part of an implementation program to roll out and maintain the application platform group-wide (mostly SAP products). In this area, the delivery setup and the vendor setting are part of your job.
  • You strive for excellent delivery for internal clients and the responsibility for meeting the division´s goals.
  • You align closely with your peers in the management to ensure a synergy cross-department for the division FHS and push our transformation forward by steering our agile agenda.

  What you'll bring with you

  • You have a proven track record within the financial sector and/or IT environment; experience in an international corporation is a plus.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in leading and motivating people and you create the ideal conditions for the team to reach its full potential; you are energetic, engaging, and visionary and want to become part of an exciting, vibrant community of IT professionals supporting Erste Digital’s mission.
  • You are familiar with the following topics: planning, budgeting, project-, contract- and vendor management in a big group.
  • You are highly experienced at working with or around SAP topics.
  • You are open to travel to Vienna (HQ is next to the main train station) regularly to join the leadership topics onsite and on team days (25%).
  • You use your excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to establish trusted relationships with your business and main stakeholders while being fluent in English. German and any additional CEE language are a plus.
