      Head of Service Innovation

      Remote (travel required across the UK)

      Permanent

      About the role

      • Responsible for shaping and delivering the Journey to Outstanding strategy for Care Services
      • Leading and developing the agenda to deliver high quality care and customer experience
      • Working with key stakeholders across Bupa UK to implement leadership and compliance development for Care Services
      • Setting quality standards for improvement across Care Services and actively promoting best practice among the Care Services community.
      • Having a deep understanding of regulation and improvement which can be demonstrated in practice and used to coach others.
      • Driving the agenda through the Journey to Outstanding Forum and becoming a role model for all operational leaders driving for improved quality of care.
      • Ensuring innovation is aligned to legislation, regulation, and internal policies in keeping with safe care.
      • Leading on research opportunities, seeing the governance process through and achieving sign off on any studies through the relevant research governance committees.

      What are we looking for in our Head of Service Innovation?

      • Track record of managing a large portfolio of homes either Regional Director level or Quality equivalent.

      • Experience of leading large projects with teams that are geographically spread across the UK.

      • Track record of shaping and implementing innovative strategies that deliver measurable and significant business outcomes

      • Experience of managing Senior Stakeholders

      • Expertise in Regulatory improvement

      • Capability and experience in research and innovation

      • Extensive experience of working in the healthcare sector or clinical environment

      • Able to visit services across the UK
