We're a fast-moving startup, building from scratch and looking for a Head of Social Media who can drive our organic and paid social growth to a large following - and convert that attention into real, meaningful revenue.   What You'll Do
  Organic Social Growth
  Create viral, high-impact content that drives massive brand awareness and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You'll experiment with new formats and trends, turning a blank slate into a bustling, engaged community.
  Paid Amplification
  Identify top-performing organic social content and transform it into paid ads that convert. You'll collaborate with performance marketing teams to supercharge reach and sales.
  Social Media Team Leadership
  Build and lead a high-performing team of content creators, analysts, community managers, and editors—instilling a culture of rapid iteration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
  Platform Strategy
  Own and optimize our multi-channel social strategy. You'll know exactly how to tailor content for each platform's algorithm and audience preferences, from TikTok's rapid-fire format to LinkedIn's professional narrative.
  Performance & Analytics
  Measure the impact of every post, reel, and story—refining strategies, scaling what works, and cutting what doesn't. You'll interpret social data to drive revenue and KPI improvements, proving real business value from social initiatives.
  Influencer & UGC Activation
  Cultivate relationships with creators and influencers who share our mission. Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify authenticity, turning everyday fans into brand evangelists who shape our story alongside us.
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to ensure a seamless experience from scroll-stopping social content to checkout. You'll be the champion of “social-first” thinking across the entire organization.
  Community Engagement
  Inspire and nurture our audience—interacting directly with customers, responding to feedback, and creating a sense of belonging around Aonic's brand. You'll spearhead community-led campaigns and keep your finger on the pulse of consumer sentiment.
  Your Impact
  By blending organic storytelling with paid distribution, you will maximize our impact across platforms—driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Your focus is on content that stops the scroll, sparks conversations, and scales our growth from zero to a large following and create true desire for our brand.
  What You Bring
  Proven Startup Growth Tactics
  6+ years in social media or influencer marketing roles, ideally at fast-growing DTC or wellness brands. Demonstrable success in building a social presence from the ground up.
  Social Media Growth Hacking
  Expert knowledge of short-form video best practices, platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), and a creative approach to viral content creation.
  Team-Building Experience
  History of hiring, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams. You can rally creatives, analysts, and community managers around a common goal—and get them excited about trying new experiments.
  Influencer Marketing Savvy
  Deep familiarity with the creator economy—sourcing and managing influencer partnerships, negotiating deals, and measuring ROI. You see influencers as strategic partners, not just media channels.
  Performance-Driven Mindset
  You translate social metrics into real business impact. You're comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data dashboards to understand how content drives engagement, traffic, and ultimately sales.
  Content Creation & Curation
  You're hands-on when necessary—willing to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling posts or jump on emerging trends before they peak. At the same time, you know how to curate user-generated content and brand narratives at scale.
  Community Engagement Strategies
  Passion for connecting with people, responding to comments, and inspiring user advocacy. You understand that community is the heart of any modern consumer brand.
  Business Development & Collaboration
  Comfortable working alongside product, marketing, and sales teams to co-develop initiatives that extend beyond “likes” and “followers.” You see social as a critical driver of Aonic's overall mission.

  Competitive cash & equity compensation
  Compelling cash combination to reward the hard work you put into Aonic, complemented by an attractive stock option plan so that you can benefit from Aonic's success. Cash compensation for this role is $140-180k.
