Job Description

- Proactively and effectively manage the Spanish Client Management Team to ensure a high quality, relevant client experience
- Development and implement the Client Management strategy and policies across Spain.
- Provide continuous coaching, guidance and development to the Client Management Team.
- Take overall ownership and accountability for driving a client centric and service oriented culture across the Client Management Team to put the client at the heart of everything we do.
- Ensure the effective management of team resources including: staffing levels, allocation of tasks, service quality levels etc.
- Provide day to day management of the Spanish branch, including management of individual and team performance to achieve outcomes
- Develop, agree and implement all Client Management Team KPIs at an individual and team level, working with other Heads of Offices and their respective teams to ensure goals are achieved
- Ensure the consistent provision of high quality relationship management and support across all teams and countries to ensure a positive, tailored client experience
- Ensure the identification and implementation of all relevant opportunities to promote our products and services to our high value clients.
- Continuously review and identify ways to improve our service proposition across Spain.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including all money laundering, Legal and Compliance requirements within the country of responsibility.
- Establish the initial budget proposal for the Client Management Teams across Spain and ensure the teams operate within the approved budget requirements
- Carry out regular employee performance reviews with all of your direct reports in line with the Company’s performance management process and monitor individual/team progress against KPIs and business requirements
- Detailed understanding of the Retail Derivatives market and Financial Services
- Able to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, commitment and an in depth knowledge of financial markets, our products and our services
- Proven track record of managing a Client Management Team, with an emphasis towards high-value clients within Spain
- Operate with integrity and an exceptionally high client service mindset and translates this into successful team management approaches
- Ability to act as a role model for team members by demonstrating and reinforcing desired behaviours through a variety of mechanisms
- Proven track record of initiating, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for key decisions
- Ability to collaborate within the team and across teams to achieve desirable outcomes
- Expert knowledge of our products and platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
- Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English language skills
