      The Head of Strategy & Advisor Experience is responsible for identifying, developing, and monitoring comprehensive strategic initiatives that provide growth opportunities for the firm.

      What you will do:

      • Lead the Corporate Strategy processes, which includes the process and ongoing monitoring. Work with key stakeholders, and key business partners in managing and further developing the annual planning process.
      • Ownership of corporate strategies and implementation including design, support and drive on-going strategies that lead to a compelling portfolio of corporate growth opportunities.
      • Leverage Voice of the Customer data to make decisions and support those strategies.
      • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to identify high-priority firm-wide initiatives, set and continuously assess long-term goals for the organization.
      • Identify new areas for growth and conduct risk-reward analyses to facilitate investment decisions.
      • Vet the feasibility of ideas proposed by the business / functions and assist in the planning, incubation and design of most impactful initiatives launched by the firm.
      • Evaluate financial results and compare them to the objectives and expectations. Share progress of strategic initiatives with executive management on an ongoing basis.
      • Provide leadership and direction to build and develop members of the corporate strategy team.
      • Establish and manage strong relationships across the organization including community presidents, senior leaders, advisors and clients.
      • Engage with business units and support functions to develop their strategic plans and frame their implementation approach.
      • Develop and deliver executive and board level presentations.

      What you will have:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
      • Executive level presence with the ability to influence at C-suite and Board level
      • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team(s) to achieve results.
      • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
      • Deep knowledge of the wealth management industry (retail and institutional).
      • Ability to synthesize data and information into recommendations and then drive the execution based on those recommendations.

      What is nice to have:

      • Master’s degree or MBA
      • Experience working in M&A and/or due diligence

      Travel Requirements: Up to 25%

      Compensation Range:

      The base annual salary range for this role is $280,000 to $340,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
