Job summary
Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work across 3 of our services. You will be supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental health challenges.

You will work collaboratively with residents to identify personal goals as part of their care plans.

Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work across 3 of our services. You will be supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental health challenges.

You are an innovative and motivated individual working with residents to achieve therapeutic goals.
You will work proactively, managing a designated caseload.
You will work collaboratively with residents to identify personal goals as part of their care plans.
You will monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment in order to ensure effectiveness.

Summary:
Salary: £37,000-£45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
