      Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the travel business landscape? We're looking for a dynamic, visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Travel Transformation at AXA Partners. As the Head of Travel Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global entity and co-building innovative solutions in the travel industry. Your strategic vision and execution will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and deliver a comprehensive Travel Business Transformation Strategy, focusing on building a customer and employee-centric travel digital business platform
      • Secure the roll-out of Guidewire and the travel ecosystem across key countries of AXA Partners
      • Maximize benefits and materialize transformational approaches beyond tooling
      • Review and simplify business processes, ensuring local implementation and meeting planning, budget, and scope
      • Orchestrate and manage project managers, product owners, and roll-out teams, driving stakeholder collaboration and agreement on delivery plans

      • 15 - 20 years' experience in program and project management, with a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
      • Demonstrated ability to define and execute business vision, coupled with exceptional communication skills at various organizational levels
      • Proficiency in agile methods and a high level of business acumen, with experience in large-scale global transformation programs
      • Proven track record of strong leadership and team management, with the ability to empower and motivate teams to meet objectives
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
      • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and change management skills to navigate and lead through complex transformations
      • Ability to work in a matrix organization and effectively communicate concisely and clearly in English to top management and various business units
