Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.• Manage complex case work including disciplinary, grievance, short- and long-term sickness and support employment tribunal activity• Lead, motivate and develop the UK HR Advisory team in supporting employee relations cases• Provide coaching and training to managers• Transform the current offering through designing and implementing tools and resources to support employee relations processes that upskill managers and drive self-service, i.e., through training, guides, technology and sharing of best practice• Utilise technology available, such as ServiceNow and Workday, to improve service delivery• Lead the integration and embed transferring populations under TUPE, with both precision and great focus on employee experience• Drive pro-active engagement from the business on employee relations matters - minimising future business risk• Focus on prompt service delivery, both setting and delivering on SLA response rates to queries• Act as local delivery expert of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with Global HR strategy• Utilise technology to advance employee relations metrics for socialisation with People Partners and the wider PXP community, using data to inform education plans• Be the point of escalation for service delivery, addressing with care and delivering results• Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter through the service provided by UK HR Advisory• Work collaboratively with the wider HR team• Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging• Lead or participate in projects with other COE’s on process improvements impacting business results• Manage various degrees of complex employee relations situations in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations and Legal teams - for high risk or litigious matters• Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”#LI-RM2Location:
