      Your Job

      As the Head of Veterinary for Purina, you will lead the Veterinary channel business and people in the Nordics. Your team consists of passionate, pet-centric and daring people who strive to make a difference, and you will report to the Nordic Specialist & eCommerce Commercial Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the commercial and veterinary affairs strategies within the veterinary channel and key responsibilities:

      • Lead and develop the veterinary business team to drive market share growth
      • Lead the introduction and promotion of Purina's veterinary product range to veterinarians, ensuring they are equipped to recommend our products
      • Serve as the point of contact for commercial partnerships, building relationships at board and senior leadership levels
      • Manage relationships with customers across the Nordic veterinary circuit to activate Purina brands and ensure strategic product presence and develop joint business plans with key customers
      • Lead the implementation of best practices with veterinary partners and monitor results
      • Collaborate with the European veterinary channel team for strategic alignment

      About You

      We are looking for candidates with a strong commercial background. We seek a senior leader who will be responsible for strategy development and tactical execution, embracing both strategic and operational customer-related work. Experience in Veterinary Science, nutrition within clinics or the B2B Commercial Human Medical field is ideal but not a must.
      You should be proactive, self-driven, and ready to lead and innovate. Strong people skills for engagement and motivation, along with curiosity and initiative, are essential. Comfort with digital solutions and excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language are required. Willingness to travel across the Nordics is necessary. A higher education degree, such as from a Business School, is preferred.
