      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of GLOBAL HEAD OF WEBSITES to join our DIGITAL MARKETING team. This role is located in NEW YORK, NY – ONSITE.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Drive the strategic direction, development, and ongoing management of BNY’s websites. You will lead a multi-year transformation of our digital presence, bringing it in line with the innovative, AI-forward organization that BNY is.
      • Manage and mentor a newly combined team of front-end site authors/publishers, developers, and infrastructure specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Collaborate with teams across marketing and communications, engineering/IT, and legal/compliance/privacy.
      • Foster a culture of continuous, data-driven improvement in partnership with content, SEO/GEO, analytics, martech, and UX teams.
      • Establish and maintain a robust governance program, ensuring adherence to brand and design standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and accessibility standards.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus.
      • 12-15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with significant focus on website strategy, development, and management. B2B, global, and investments industry experience a plus.
      • Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, platforms, and best practices. Recent AEM experience a plus.
      • 8+ years of demonstrated people leadership success, preferably including experience managing managers, managing a team spanning a variety of disciplines, and managing a globally distributed team/partners.
      • A people and thought leader for a rapidly evolving environment, who can bring structure to ambiguity, manage to results through change, and bring the vision to shape the organization and program they want to lead.

      BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.


      This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors
