Job Description

- Provide private and group pickleball lessons
- Provide teaching balls for all lessons and keep them in good order.
- Organize and run pickleball clinics, socials, and events.
- Organize and supervise staff assisting with clinics, socials, and events.
- Correctly charge all lessons and events in the POS.
- Maintain attendance on the online pickleball reservation system.
- Correspond with members regarding their lessons and/or clinics.
- Responsible for inspecting all courts, opening procedures and report any damage or needed repairs to maintenance staff.
- Make sure all surrounding areas are cleaned and maintained and daily opening procedures are followed.
- Communication to members in the event of inclement weather.
- Work in conjunction with Pro Shop Manager to order pickleball merchandise.
- Responsible for the direction of self and staff of all aspects of special tournaments.

Job purpose
Provide members and their guests group and individual pickleball lessons. With the approval of the Director of Tennis, promote and oversee socials, tournaments and events as assigned.
Duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
Two years of teaching experience. USPTA/USAPA/Pickleball certification required or in the process of obtaining them.
