- Functions as the most knowledgeable person on BTG pours/Wine List offerings and
general wine service SOPs - Placing orders and maintaining stock of product
- Receiving Invoices in NBO in a timely fashion
- Keeping physical bar/storage areas unpacked/organized
- Maintaining Bin Recipes Tickets and keeping Bins organized and up to date
- Staff education at pre-shift
- Inventory/Inventory Reporting
- Keeping Wine List Vintages/Prices Current (editing and printing lists)
- Act as a liaison to the staff in elevating wine service
- 1-2 years of Sommelier experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
- Organized and proficient at multitasking
- Reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends
- 1-2 years of Sommelier experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
