      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance to programs on school readiness, family engagement, and professional development
      - Assist in improving teacher/child interactions and data-driven decision-making
      - Support the implementation of research-based coaching models and family engagement practices
      - Strengthen birth-to-five transition practices and collaboration with partners
      - Coordinate with specialists to ensure effective integration of technical assistance across service areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development
      - 5+ years' experience in programs for young children aged birth to five
      - Experience in providing technical assistance and facilitating group discussions
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
      - Knowledge of Head Start programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within a Head Start Program
      - Additional certifications or training in early childhood development
