What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance related to school readiness and family engagement
- Assist programs in improving teacher/child interactions and implementing appropriate curricula
- Support the development and analysis of data to inform decision-making
- Coordinate training and technical assistance efforts across various service areas
- Foster collaboration with local education agencies and other community partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programs for children from birth to five years
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers
- 1+ year experience in family engagement and facilitating group discussions
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native communities
- Knowledge of Head Start performance standards and relevant regulations
- Previous experience within a Head Start Program
