      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide subject matter expertise, consultation, and resources to improve coordination opportunities across national, state, and federal tribal, early childhood care, and education systems
      - Coordinate with partners to enhance state and local coordination efforts and address challenges affecting Head Start children and families
      - Analyze regional data to identify cross-system coordination issues
      - Participate in regional-level meetings with key stakeholders
      - Provide direct Technical Assistance to Head Start/Early Head Start grantees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS from an accredited university in relevant fields
      - 5+ years of experience with technical assistance provision
      - Knowledge of early childhood development systems
      - Experience with data and management system software
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in related fields
      - Knowledge of Head Start performance standards and regulations
      - Experience working with tribal communities
      - Familiarity with data analysis tools like Smartsheet and Tableau
