Our thriving racquet sports program is seeking a highly motivated racquet sports professional who wants to be a part of one of the best teams in the Southwest. The Country Club at DC Ranch is one of the largest family clubs in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area with a large adult and junior program.

The Head Tennis Professional / Women’s Tennis Coordinator will organize and run all aspects of the women’s tennis program including schedule, marketing, coaching at matches, lesson plans for league drills, monthly events, communication with captains and players, staffing of the drills, teaching both clinics and private lessons, and setting up the curriculum and team uniform merchandising. Responsibilities will also include setting up, marketing and teaching a Cardio Tennis schedule and working closely with the Fitness department as well as coordinating the Red Ball junior program. The Head Tennis Professional / Women's Tennis Coordinator will also work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports as well as the Assistant Director of Racquet Sports in all other aspects of the program including but not limited to teaching adult clinics and lessons, merchandising in the tennis shop, assisting and running adult events, maintenance of the facility, newsletter.

Qualifications:

• USPTA Elite Professional or working towards Elite certification required
• Must be at least 4.5 USTA player with college tennis experience
• High level playing career as well as management of instructional programs
• Ability to clearly communicate goals and objectives of the program to players of all levels

Compensation is commensurate based on experience and credentials and will include a base salary, benefits, private lesson percentage based on certification level, clinic hourly rate as well as a percentage of some clinic revenue, uniform allowance, and education allowance.
