- This role will focus specifically on building and developing relationships with Hospital Administrators and Pharmacy Directors with the following three core responsibilities:
- Customer Value Creation: Uncover key value drivers in different health care sectors and pursue mutually beneficial initiatives to attain a sustainable competitive advantage
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a cross-functional customer focused account plan. Identify specific tactics with agreed upon timelines and ambitious goals.
- Account Implementation: formulary listings and leveraging account-wide value added and negotiating hospital and buying group contracts. Make strategic decisions to maximize Pfizer value added services.
- Account and stake holder mapping to target the right customer at the assigned territory.
- Identify business opportunities and implement relevant strategies set by the market access managers for the respective sales teams.
- Give insights and participate in strategic plan for the region.
- Readily apply thorough knowledge of therapeutic areas state. Consistently update knowledge through all sources in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Understand in detail the account’s Strategic Plan for the year and long-term account goals.
- Build deep understanding of the competitive environment, industry trends and the evolution of the healthcare system and the impact of these factors on the customer. Decipher the extrinsic and intrinsic motivators of key decision makers.
- Create differentiated offerings that advance patient care and substantively advance institutional goals. Strategically use existing value offerings and drive the development of innovative forms of customer value.
- Work effectively across the entire organization. Leverage all available organizational resources, including market access, finance, business intelligence, medical, sales and marketing. Attract additional resources by building new internal collaborations.
- Work internally with Marketing, sales, medical and Business Intelligence teams to identify customer needs and develop appropriate approaches to ensure optimal territory coverage.
- Stay updated on relevant matters including company business, policy and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s and company policies and practices.
- Participate in personal development and training sessions.
- Strive to consistently uphold company core values.
- Execute other duties as may be required by immediate manager and other members of Management team as training and experience allow.
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine
- At least 3 years of similar job experience.
- Fluency in English required.

Health access manger role summary:
The health access Manager is responsible to address assigned territory business issues in coordination with all relevant managers in a highly responsive manner. They can be either brand or account/geography based. He/ She is responsible to proactively address the immediate customer issues through identification of root causes and coordinate actions for resolution. He/ She is also responsible for maximizing the inclusion of products through the different activities within allocated key accounts and customers.
