Job Description

- Coordinate all aspects of the Member’s healthcare, including collection of medical records, scheduling appointments, and facilitating second opinions with top physicians when needed.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors and Researchers to provide members with the latest information on medical conditions, treatments, clinical trials as well as options of highly qualified physicians to consult for care. Members turn to their PinnacleCare Health Advisor for unbiased support and assistance in any medical situation.
- Provide high-touch customer service to our members. Your member and their family will look to you for competent, efficient, and caring support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and hospital staff.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Excellent communication skills and sense of urgency
- Compelling communicator, service oriented and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to navigate and adapt to a changing, fast paced work environment
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other health related field such as an Occupational Therapist
- Background in medical social work, nursing or clinical case management
- 5+ years of clinical medicine, direct patient care or case management experience
- Hospital setting experience is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent time management skills, agility in multi-tasking, decisiveness, bias towards action and proactive approach to medical needs of members

- Central region: $79,800-$119,700 annually
- Northern region: $85,400-$128,100 annually

The opportunity: The Health Advisor role is responsible for providing high-touch customer service to PinnacleCare Members, building strong relationships while helping them to navigate the healthcare system in order to receive the best and most expeditious healthcare available. This is a full time Monday-Friday virtual position with an on-call rotation generally every 4 weeks. Our Health Advisors occasionally accompany members on appointments within a 100-150 mile radius. We are seeking a candidate that lives in the Southeast, within any of the following areas: Atlanta, GA/Raleigh, NC/Northern Alabama/South Carolina.
PinnacleCare is a health advisory service that connects individuals and organizations to the world’s most advanced healthcare and facilitates access to top specialists for more streamlined and personalized healthcare experience. PinnacleCare extends a broad range of support for families and organizations to facilitate more efficient access and better outcomes through Comprehensive Health Advisory Memberships for individuals/families, and Connection Group Benefits available through employers/organizations.

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $72,200-$108,300 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $85,400-$128,100 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $79,800-$119,700 annually.
We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for incentive awards based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
