      ATLAS is seeking an experienced Health & Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and oversee wellness programs for guests and personnel at the CARE Doha compound in Qatar. You will design holistic health initiatives, promote mental and physical well-being, and coordinate activities that improve overall quality of life. This role involves collaboration across fitness, nutrition, and community services to empower individuals to lead healthier lives.


      About You:


      • Experienced in creating and managing wellness programs that address both physical and mental health.

      • A proactive leader with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

      • Passionate about helping diverse communities improve their well-being through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle education.


      Responsibilities:


      • Develop and coordinate health and wellness programs, including fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being initiatives.

      • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions on healthy habits, stress management, and exercise routines.

      • Collaborate with fitness instructors, childcare staff, and other departments to create an integrated wellness program for all guests and personnel.


      Qualifications


      Required

      • 3+ years of experience in health coaching, wellness coordination, or a related field.

      • Certifications in health coaching, nutrition, fitness, or wellness (e.g., ACE, NASM, CHES, or equivalent).

      • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

      • Proficiency in English with strong communication and motivational skills.


      Desired

      • Experience working in a multicultural or international setting.

      • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, or Arabic.

      • Training in mental health first aid, injury prevention, or holistic wellness practices.
