Prepare and maintain data, records and reports

Assist with Joint Health & Safety Committee Meetings

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations
-
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR department
-
Perform related duties in support of the day-to-day work
-
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role in a health and safety environment

Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute tasks independently
-
Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and oral English

Proven ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
